Do you only serve Summerlin?
Summerlin is the neighborhoods we focus on — The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, The Trails, Siena, and surrounding villages. Limited adjacent routes may be available when they strengthen service quality.
How is estate service different from basic weekly cleaning?
More time on features (edges, raised spas, waterfalls), quieter on-site presence, detailed chemistry logs, and coordination around events, cleaners, and landscapers.
Will techs enter the house?
No. We work from gate/backyard access only. Equipment pads and pool decks — never interior spaces.
Can you maintain water features and sheer descents?
Yes. Features need their own flow and chemistry awareness. We note scaling, dry spots, and automation quirks specific to multi-body systems.
Do you work with HOAs and design guidelines?
We follow community access rules, quiet hours, and parking norms. COIs and vendor forms available for clubs and HOAs.
What about vacation / second-home coverage?
Ideal for owners who split time. We keep a standing weekly (or agreed) cadence and flag equipment issues before a return weekend is ruined.
How do you handle scale and hard water?
Summerlin water is mineral-heavy. We manage calcium hardness, brush waterlines, and recommend timely tile care so scale doesn’t become a remodel.
Are chemical deliveries stored on-site?
We dose what’s needed per visit. We don’t leave bulk chemical drums on luxury lots unless you request a secured arrangement.
Can you prepare a pool for an open house or private event?
Yes — pre-event detailing windows are bookable. Give us 5–7 days notice for green or cloudy recoveries.
What automation systems do you support?
Pentair, Jandy/Zodiac, Hayward, and common smart controllers. We don’t “guess” menus — diagnostics are methodical.
Is there a contract lock-in?
Month-to-month after the first month is common. We earn the route with consistency, not fine print.
How do quotes work for larger lots?
Pool volume, spa count, features, access difficulty, and equipment complexity set the rate. You’ll receive a clear clear price quote.
